Sometimes projects just don’t pan out as funds become low. Often the cars get sold or go to junk as they rot in people’s backyards, with a jungle of weeds growing up into engine bays. But sometimes the car just falls into place perfectly after years of restoring and makes it worth all of the blood, sweat, and tears. This 1965 Mustang convertible is one five year project that has definitely produced some gratifying results. It’s one classic that is sporting a modern twist.

Dedicated projects like this are definitely worth showing off on any sunny Saturday, especially now that car season is about to hit full swing.
