While many of the booths for the bigger companies were filled with cars and products that took a hoist to lift, there were still other companies at SEMA to show what they have to offer to the automotive industry. One such company that we visited was Street Scene Equipment, and we talked to Mike Spagnola about what they had at SEMA this year.
While their booth may not have been as big as some of the other companies, it was filled with cool products for Ford and Chevy trucks and cars. From bumper and spoiler kits to replacement grilles and mirrors, Street Scene had quite an array of body styling parts throughout their booth, and in other areas of the show.
When we visited, it was near the end of the show and everyone was beat, but Spagnola still took the time to talk with us about the vehicles he had a hand in. We also noticed an award on his table, and saw that they won a Special Recognition Award from Ford for Outstanding Achievement in Design.
The two cars that they had on display were at both ends of the spectrum, you could say. The first was in the Ford new vehicle area, a Tanner Foust Ford Focus was on display with a bevy of other vehicles that kept the Ford booth filled with spectators all day. The other vehicle was in the WD-40 booth, and F350 that had a few mods completed.
Both vehicles were joint projects highlighting simple graphics and bolt on accessories that any vehicle owner can accomplish. For more information and to see what Street Scene Equipment has for your vehicle, check out their web site and become part of the scene.
