Doug’s Headers is now offering the D4477 tuned long tube header for 5.7/6.1/6.4L HEMI engines swapped into a number of classic MOPAR cars. These headers promise to fit in tight spaces without affecting ground clearance no matter if your vehicle is an automatic, manual, has power steering, power brakes, or even air conditioning.

The original DOUG’S HEADERS D4477 tuned long tube header is specifically designed to fit the 5.7/6.1/6.4 Hemi engines in very confining engine compartment environments and still give the maximum ground clearance possible.
The D4477 will fit the 70-74 Challenger/Cuda, 68-74 Charger/Coronet/Belvedere/Super Bee/GTX/Roadrunner, as well as the 75-77 Fury using most of the common engine mounting kits on the market.
These headers are built with 3/8” thick flanges at the cylinder head and 3-bolt outlet flanges. The 4 tube under chassis exit design is made from 16-gauge tubing for durability with 1 5/8” primaries and 3” collectors for increased horsepower and torque in the midrange. The design accommodates both automatic and manual transmission cars with power brakes, power steering and air conditioning.
They come standard with a polished high luster heat- and corrosion-resistant metallic ceramic coating for a rich appearance and long life. These headers come complete with reducers, 1100º F rated gaskets and premium installation hardware. Headers can also be ordered uncoated.
