If you’re headed to SEMA next week, your week just got a whole lot brighter. Why’s that? Well, the Proform gang has big plans to celebrate their 30th year in existence at the show.
As is the case with many large companies today, they’ve made an investment in supporting breast cancer research, and in the process they’ve developed a 30th anniversary Pink Engine giveaway – one lucky person will get to take home a Chevrolet Performance ZZ383 crate engine.
But wait – there’s more! You’ll have an opportunity to interact with Miss Proform, Amber Hay, who will be signing posters at Proform’s booth (#23667 in Central Hall), pick up one of their hot-of-the-press 2014 catalogs, and check out the new Digital Mini Shift Light they’ll be releasing at the show.
In addition, YouTube star Stephanie Lynn, host of “Stephanie’s Power Shop” on the Proform Youtube channel, will be there showing off some LSX power, and there will be plenty more to see in the Proform booth like a triplet-set of done-up Chevy engines sporting a number of parts from the Proform catalog.
Proform offers engine-builder and mechanic’s-quality tools at the right price point, such as degree wheel kits for camshafts, micrometers, dial-bore gauges, a nifty pinion-setting tool, piston ring grinders, a vehicle scale set, and a full line of valvetrain and cylinder head tools.
Their catalog is also chock-full of a host of Ford Racing and Chevrolet Performance-branded parts to go with their own line of products. For more information, check out the Pink Engine Giveaway website and the Proform website.
