If there is one aspect of a car that can really drag down the look of a really nice hot rod, it’s an interior that doesn’t match the standards achieved on the exterior. Even if the seats aren’t ripped and the foam isn’t completely shot, details like poorly painted plastic trim and flat-out worn components can really hurt the overall appearance. But, there are not many enthusiasts willing to tackle an interior job, so average interiors run amuck. Thankfully, TMI Products is putting a world-class interior within reach of everyone.
At the SEMA show this year, TMI had new products front-and-center for ’68 and ’69 Chevelle enthusiasts. Having a complete interior for the ’68 and ’69 model year is a new thing for TMI, and Larry Ashley, marketing director at TMI filled us in on the details.
“We started out by getting the ’68 and ’69 Chevelle done, and the ’70 through ’72 Chevelle is back at the shop ready to be done next,” he says. “Following that will be the ’66 and ’67 Chevelle.”
One of the big items features in the ’69 in the TMI booth was the new console. “Everyone’s been asking for a console, so we made one,” Larry stated.
The TMI interior in the Chevelle definitely catapults the car into the realm of seriously cool, and with the introduction made, TMI Products can now deliver the same show-stopping interior directly to you. Having a new interior is as easy as ordering, uncrating, and installing. As easy as it is, what are you waiting for? Check out TMI Products now to give your car the interior it deserves.
