It’s almost that time again! The 23rd annual Mooneyes Hot Rod Custom Show is scheduled for December 7th of this year and it’s going to be a blast, so mark your calendars!
In this video by YouTube user, 64XMCoupe, we get to see his whole journey to the 22nd annual Mooneyes HCRS back in 2013, which looked like an epic time. Just being in Japan by itself is an awesome vision – we can only imagine what it would be like to experience Japanese hot rod culture at its finest.
Throughout the video, we saw so many awesome builds – every ride in the video was downright immaculate and the attention to detail is mind-boggling. With every aisle filled with amazing, detailed builds, you’re bound to find something that caters to your exact taste. There were plenty of motorcycle builds also, if that’s your taste. Seriously, though, who can’t appreciate a nostalgic custom motorcycle build?
With less than three months left until the show, we’re sure that there are a slew of new builds ready to be debuted, as well as older builds that have had some more unique touches added to their already impressive spec sheets. Held at the Pacifico Yokohama, Mooneyes has included the tagline “Be Calm, Not Loud” on their event flyer to signify their efforts to get everyone to work together to keep the noise levels down outside of the event, being that they’ve lost privileges to the basement parking area this year.
Nonetheless, it’s going to be another awesome event, yet again, and we can’t wait to see what this year has in store.
