Come one, come all, the 27th annual Pacific Northwest Nationals by Goodguys Rod & Custom Association is happening, THIS WEEK-END! Quite easily one of the biggest events in the entire northwestern region of the United States, the Pacific Northwest (PNW) Nationals is definitely a can’t miss week-end loaded with wicked cars and special events from beginning to end.

Located about 40 miles south of Seattle in Puyallup, Washington, Goodguys will be hosting the Goodguys 27th Wesco Autobody Supply Pacific Northwest Nationals at the Washington State Fair Events Center. Spanning from Friday, July 25, 2014 on through to Sunday, July 27, 2014, the event is open to auto lovers of all ages. More than 2,500 hot rods, customs, classics, musclecars, and trucks from 1972 and older will be lined up for your viewing pleasure, both inside and out. Pinstripers will display their talents at the Pinstripers Brush Bash, Revel is hosting their Model Car Make n’ Take and PPG will have their Kids Coloring Contest.

Above the expected Goodguys events such as the Swap Meet to round up that special hard part and the AutoTrader Classics Cars 4 Sale Corral, this year’s event will have a heavy dragster theme going on. A couple of dragsters will get fired up a couple times a day during the show so the crowd can enjoy the smell of race fuel. Six northwestern drag racing legends will be on hand for autograph sessions and to help get the week-end started, the Goodguys Friday Nite Vintage Drags will be held at Pacific Raceways in nearby Kent, Washington. Nitro funny cars, 1972 and older hot rods, street machines and comp class cars will all line up.
