This past weekend Rod Authority was up north in Pleasanton, California, the headquarters of Goodguys Rod & Custom Association. We were there partying it up with Goodguys and fellow car enthusiasts alike for the 28th West Coast Nationals presented by Flowmaster, and boy was it a hell of a time.

Thousands of cars flocked to the Alameda County Fairgrounds for three days of treasure hunting in the swap meet, perusing the vendor midway, and of course gawking at all the street rods, hot rods, customs, and lowriders that made it out!

The West Coast Nationals is one of Goodguys’ premier events of the year–during this show all genres of classic vehicles come out to display. During the West Coast Nationals attendees get a full dose of California car culture in its entirety while being treated to some special out-of-state and international builds that are drawn to the allure of the event as well.
