After 28,000 people participated in the EcoBoost Challenge last year, it is back again by popular demand. Ford Motor Company will bring its third EcoBoost® Challenge to 17 cities across the United States starting next month. It is an awesome opportunity for enthusiasts to get behind the wheel of Ford’s latest and hottest EcoBoost-powered vehicles.
Starting on March 7th in the Sunshine State, the first EcoBoost Challenge will kickoff at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium. Those available for your driving pleasure include the 2015 Ford Mustang, 2015 Ford F-150, 2015 Ford Edge, 2015 Expedition, Escape, Fusion Hybrid and Transit Connect Wagon.
Not only is the all-new 2015 EcoBoost Ford Edge available to drive, but participants will be entered to win one of their own. Bring a guest to the event and receive additional entries to win.
This event includes some fun. Try the ST Reaction Time Challenge in both a Fiesta ST and Focus ST. The ’15 Mustang has its own dedicated course to showoff its performance and handling. The all-new F150, with standard Auto Push Start, will be available along with the Edge to drive against competitor vehicles. The Fusion Hybrid will be available to drive for those hybrid fans.
New this year is the “ShiftPhobia” boot camp which teaches the basics of driving a manual on the track with a professional driver.
Participants must register and space is limited. Pre-register here at ecoboostdrive.com. Events are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on select Saturdays March – June. Check out the venues here:
