The 2012 Goodguys season is in the books. However, that doesn’t mean it’s time to just kick back and relax. Sure you might be planning some upgrades to your street rod or muscle car between now and the first show in 2013. By the way that first event is the Spring Nationals taking place at WestWorld of Scottsdale, in Scottsdale, AZ.

All current Goodguys members with pre 1972 vehicles can pre-register for any national event. If they do so between now and December 31, they will receive $15 off the cost of the at event registration price. Sixteen of the nineteen events scheduled for 2013 fall into this category.

We know it’s kind of early to be thinking about which events you might make it to next year. Keep in mind though that hotels go fast, and travel arrangements made now are easier to plan for than those made last minute.

Early registration also gives you some incentive to have your car ready in time for that event. That includes planning what changes you’ll make to it over the winter and getting those done before it’s time to head out and join the group for a weekend of car show fun.
