Summit Racing Now Offering RideTech MUSCLEbar Sway Bar Kits

New from Summit – they are now offering RideTech MUSCLEbar sway bars. These sway bars greatly enhance the cornering performance of your vehicle by reducing body roll and understeer. See more details below.

Official Release:

When it comes to sway bars, RideTech MUSCLEbars are some of the best you can get. Like other aftermarket bars, MUSCLEbars are larger in diameter than OEM sway bars to greatly enhance the cornering performance of your vehicle by reducing body roll and understeer. But that’s where the similarity ends. MUSCLEbars are CNC-bent for proper fit and feature Delrin-lined frame mount bushings for more predictable bar rotation; spherical end links with barrel lock nuts; and investment cast steel ends that are light years better than the “beat it flat and punch a hole in it” ends other sway bars have.

What’s more, RideTech can provide the exact bar rates for every MUSCLEbar it makes. That’s vital information when you’re setting up a car for road racing or autocrossing.

Summit Racing carries RideTech MUSCLEbar Sway Bars for many popular vehicles including:

  • 1967-81 Camaro and Firebird
  • 1964-72 GM A-body
  • 1978-88 GM A- and G-body
  • 1963-87 Chevy/GMC C10
  • 1964-70 Mustang

Summit Racing also carries RideTech’s MUSCLEbar Modular Sway Bars. They have a splined design that allows you to adjust the bar’s position to fine-tune the rate softer or stiffer, just like the sway bars used in racing. The design also improves the range of motion and eliminates binding. MUSCLEbar Modular Sway Bars are available for these vehicles:

Corvette

  • 1997-2013 front bar, 2-position adjustable
  • 1997-2013 rear bar, 3-position adjustable
  • 1963-79 front bar, 3-position adjustable
  • 1968-79 rear bar, 3-position adjustable

Camaro

  • 2010-15 rear bar, 3-position adjustable

Features:

  • Larger in diameter than OEM sway bars
  • Greatly enhances cornering performance
  • Reduces body roll and understeer
