PRI 2010: JPC Releases New 3 and 4-Valve Mustang Pieces

Check out the video on JPC’s new Mustang products and lightweight Powercell battery!

JPC Racing brought a whole gaggle of 2011 Mustang parts to PRI, and also a few new 3-valve pieces.  First up for the 3-valves is JPC’s intake manifold that is designed to fit underneath the stock hood.  The intake manifold is sold in both cast or polished billet.  It features a larger and longer runner design that will pick up 40+ horsepower on boosted applications and 20+ horsepower on naturally aspirated motors.

For the 2011 Mustang fans, JPC has a complete, modular header-back system.  That means you can swap out any particular piece (headers, X-pipe and axle back) over your stock parts, which is great for people upgrading on a budget.  The exhaust is constructed out of 304 stainless steel that is 2.5-inches in diameter.  The X-pipe comes in catted or non-catted versions and the mufflers are an oval, straight through design.  The headers are also 304 stainless steel with 18 gauge 1-3/4-inch primaries – 1-7/8ths-inch primaries will be available shortly.

Other pieces include 4-valve re-ground camshaft options for boosted or naturally aspirated power.  These re-grinds will utilize all stock valvetrain components.  To compliment the cams, JPC offers a Stage One CNC port and polish job that uses the OEM valves, springs, locks, and retainers.  It also comes with a five-angle valve job.  For all you drag race fans, there is a direct-fit line lock that comes with re-routed lines. Rounding out the 2011 Mustang new products is the rear upper control arms.  These feature giant 3/4-inch grade eight hardware for maximum strength and are also fully adjustable.
