Swapping an LS into basically any popular GM car you can think of is now easier than ever thanks to a massive aftermarket that has sprung up to support it. And though it is a pretty straight forward proposition these days, few make it easier than Husler with their LS swap headers and conversion kits.

We stopped by the Hedman booth to see what was new in the way of LS swap kits and we were amazed to find that they offer a comprehensive kit for virtually any application you could ever want.

As of this writing, Hedman now offers kits for all F-bodies, Tri-5 Chevys, X frame, A-body, B-body, G-body, X-body, Fox body, and all GM trucks from 1967 to 1998 (or 2003 if you’re looking to swap an LS into an S10).

Hedman teamed up with Muscle Rods to bring you everything you need to build the swap. While Hedman handles the exhaust side of thing, Muscle Rods handles the physical mounting by providing the necessary engine mounts and transmission cross members to make everything work.

“We build our kits in conjunction with Muscle Rods because they do awesome work,” said Chris Vandergriff of Hedman Hedders/Husler. “Obviously we’re are more specialized on the exhaust side of things, so it made sense for us to team up with a company that was more experienced with the process of physically mounting the drivetrain.”

Each kit comes complete with 1 5/8-inch headers in your choice of Maxx satin black ceramic-metallic or polished silver ceramic-metallic coatings. You can also get them uncoated if you prefer. The kits also include poly engine and transmission mounts and a cross member if necessary.
