Most aftermarket engine cooling fans are electric, but the difference between an electric fan and a thermostatically-controlled fan is that one works automatically while the other needs to be operated by the driver. PROFORM Parts is taking the worry out of the driver’s hands with these two new adjustable electric fan controllers.
Official Release:
The new Adjustable Electric Fan Controller with available thread-in or push-in probe (Part No. 69598 and 69599 respectively) is the latest affordable racer must-have from PROFORM. Thread-in probe can be installed directly into the water jacket of the intake manifold, engine block, or cylinder head. Push-in probe can be installed between the fins of the radiator. Both are adjustable between 150 and 240 degrees Fahrenheit. These Adjustable Electric Fan Controllers are both recommended for race and street applications turning an electric fan into a thermostat controlled fan. Once the Adjustable Electric Fan Controller is installed, racers can set their temperature and forget it, allowing for their focus to be on the track!
