For fans of classic pony car styling that want all the modern conveniences — including a modern drivetrain — Revology Cars is now offering a 1968 Mustang. It features a host of modern conveniences, a 460-horsepower Coyote engine, and an upscale interior.
I fell in love with this car because it sets a benchmark for quality and attention to detail. — Wilson Figueroa, Revology Cars
“The ’68 Mustang is a muscle car,” Tom Scarpello, CEO of Revology Cars, said. “We added even more muscle, but more refinement as well. The result is very distinctive, like a bodybuilder in a tailored Armani suit.”
Deploying their experience from the luxury aircraft and yachts industries, Revology upholstery technicians Jay Bowersox and Wilson Figueroa created a hand-crafted interior — including the center console trunk area, door panels, headliner, seats, dashboard, and steering wheel — using the same Italian leather chosen by Ferarri.
“Every panel is wrapped in the best Italian leather,” Jay said. “Even the German square weave carpet bindings are leather.”
“We worked with our engineers on the technical part of the design and paid a lot of attention to the stitching and curvature of the leather,” Wilson added. “I fell in love with this car because it sets a benchmark for quality and attention to detail.”
In addition to the upmarket interior, the latest Revology Mustang can be optioned with either a manual transmission or a Ford six-speed automatic.
