RodCast Recap #27: Rob Finkelman, Street Muscle Columnist

If you’ve been following Street Muscle Magazine’s social media, especially the Facebook page, you’ll be familiar with our recurring podcast, RodCAST Live. For the uninitiated, the show is an all-encompassing dive into the deep-end of automobilia.

The show’s host Vinny Costa, Editor of Power Automedia’s Street Muscle and Rod Authority magazines, and his co-host Greg Acosta, Editor of Engine Labs take viewers and listeners on a live virtual interview with their guests – playing game segments and generally just having a good time.

The show airs every Friday at Noon PST on the Street Muscle Facebook page. Viewers can expect live interaction with guests and hosts alike – viewer participation is strongly encouraged.

  • Episode 27 offers an in-depth and riveting conversation with one of Street Muscle Magazine’s long-time contributors, Rob Finkelman. Vinny and Rob discuss Rob’s early interests that took him to NYU Film School and eventually moving to Hollywood, California to work in the film industry. Once there Rob found himself rubbing elbows with Don Johnson, which led to an interesting car choice for Nash Bridges. Leaving the film industry behind, Rob has found a new career as an automotive journalist and he churns out some of the most popular columns on Street Muscle. From Rob’s Car Movie Review to Rob’s Movie Muscle and Rare Rides, his fans are constantly engaging in the comment section. He took a brief hiatus, but he’s back and already cranking out great columns!
