30 years ago a man named Steve Saleen started a company focused on Mustang performance, eventually becoming the go-to-guy for late-model Mustangs. Saleen has since lost, and regained the company that bears his name, as well as expanding beyond Mustangs to include modifying Camaros and Challengers.
To celebrate three decades of being among the best performance tuners in the world, Saleen Automotive has announced a very-limited run of SA-30 high-performance vehicles. They’ll be both expensive and powerful, and for the most-dedicated Saleen fans, an absolute must-have.
Saleen has dubbed the trip of vehicles the 302 Mustang, 620 Camaro, and 570 Challenger, will each get a host of engine, suspension, and visual enhancements. The supercharged 302 Mustang will be the most-powerful of the bunch, offering 625 horsepower, though the Camaro and Challenger should be in the same neck-of-the-woods as well.
All three vehicles will come in a special white pearl color with yellow and black accents, and Saleen will offer customers a number of extra options as well. Saleen will only build ten of each, a total of 30 cars, and the base price for each is $95,000. If the ultimate Saleen fan is reading this, you know what you have to do; buy one of each of course!
