They say that necessity is the mother of all invention, and sometimes life throws you a curveball that you just can’t take. When Mark Hellwig, President of Hellwig Products, was out on the trail with his Polaris Side-By-Side, he found a weak link that turned out to be more than just a fluke. Being the owner of a sway bar manufacturing company, Hellwig went to work to design a better rear sway bar for his RZR.

He found that the material wasn’t strong enough for the kind of punishment that many people were putting their utility vehicles through, so he designed a better bar, and manufactured stronger supports for that sway bar. But he didn’t stop there, he designed a couple more bars for other models, as well, and showed them to us at SEMA, complete with his own broken sway bar.

And like many Hellwig products, they’re treated to their signature hammertone gray powdercoat finish, and he made them with two settings for standard or firm. The bars are simple to install and require no modifications at all to your vehicle or it’s suspension. It’s a direct replacement for the factory unit, and comes with a lifetime warranty.
