Proform/Specialty Auto Parts USA brought some cool new products to the 2016 SEMA Show. They’re the leader in licensed products for Chevy and Ford Racing, engine dress up accessories, and alternators. The Proform part of the equation also offers fuel induction, ignition, valvetrain and cooling just to mention a few.

That GM and Ford have officially licensed Proform parts says a lot about the company and the accessories they offer. The company is also well known for offering a myriad of colors, finishes and styles in aftermarket dress up parts.

We talked with Proform’s Booth Platt and he told us, “We’re really excited about our black crinkle finishes this year. We brought out the crinkle finish rear diff cover in 10 and 12 bolt and they are a perfect compliment to our successful existing lineup of crinkle finish accessories. Black crinkle is hot right now and is outselling chrome by 3:1.”

He also showed us the new black crinkle alternator that retains the high quality that Proform is known for with yet another finish option for car enthusiasts.

Last but not least, Platt showed us their LS engine lift plate. Sure, there are other ways to grab an LS, but why not do it right with this solid piece? With the new age small-block revolution in full swing, this accessory not only assists in pulling a motor, but is a great cover when working with the induction system off.
