Once you’ve seem one, you’ve seen them all right? Burnouts are just a think of the past… Eh, I guess. However, I can almost guarantee that watching someone do a burnout elicits some sort of good feeling down to your toes. We really don’t quite understand the ones out there who don’t like a good burnout. What’s not to like? Without a doubt, the more smoke, the more rpm, the better. Start getting the back end of the car around and into tight circles, now you’ve got the crowd on its feet.
The Australians are no stranger to burnouts. Countless videos on YouTube clearly illustrate the folks from Down Under who seem to have a deep affinity for the sour smell of burnt rubber. At that point, who can blame them. Like Wolves to a fresh kill, enthusiasts just can’t get enough burnouts. This Camaro owner is obviously no stranger to getting the tires to spin as evident by the video, above.
As the video begins, its clear this Camaro is no joke. With the tunnel ram intake sticking through the hood, the front shot of the Camaro is intimidating. With an engine that sounds more at home in an offshore Fountain boat, the Camaros rear lifts up, fires off and accelerates in an instant cloud of smoke. It’s quickly realized, there’s no stopping this one. Although the Camaro owner didn’t win this event, it’s obvious the Purple tire eater was certainly a crowd pleaser.
