In order to claim your gift card, simply purchase qualifying wheels and download the rebate form. You will need to retain the original receipt and serial numbers from each wheel in order to fill out the form. Email, fax, or mail the rebate form to WELD Racing to redeem your gift card of $25 or $50 per wheel.
