Whether you believe the acting is sub-par or you’ve really gotten into the series, The Fast and The Furious movies aim to appeal to just about everyone’s automobile preference. Around here, we appreciate the good ‘ole American muscle, something that the creators of the Fast and the Furious know quite a bit about. No matter what you’re impressions of the movies are, you can’t deny that the ’70 Dodge Charger, driven by character Dominic Torretto, is one sexy machine.
For those of you who are as thrilled about American muscle as we are, there is some good news coming with the release of the fifth in the series, Fast Five. For the new movie, Dodge has increased their sponsorship, bringing many new Dodges to the movie screen. Movie goers will have the pleasure of not only seeing Dominic’s ’70 Charger return, but a number of ’10 and ’11 Chargers as well.
Thanks to our friends over at Autoholics.com who compiled a few behind the scenes videos that show just what kind of muscle car presence we’ll see in the new Fast Five flick. It sure is nice to see that American muscle is still live and well in modern movies and that producers are willing to let these cars show their brutish power on the big screen.
