Video: SEMA Through the Eyes of West Coast Customs in 2.5 Minutes

Everyone’s experience of the annual Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas is different. Thanks to a video recently uploaded to Vimeo, you can see what SEMA was like for West Coast Customs this year. Not only does the video showcase the event and all the happenings at the company’s booth, it is also completely captured in less than 3 minutes.

Just like Speed Hunters’ time lapse video of Formula DRIFT Irwindale, the West Coast Customs video takes you through days of the SEMA Show in just 2 and a half minutes. While the video shows the entrance to the show as well as some notable cars, like the Hot Wheels Camaro, it mainly features the West Coast Customs booth where a ton of activity went on during the event.

West Coast Customs is known for taking ordinary vehicles and making them extraordinarily unique. To showcase their talents, they didn’t just display some of their creations at the event, they also set up shop to customize cars right before the eyes of SEMA Show attendees. From completely redoing an interior to applying graphics to a Chevy Sonic, the video captures the unique SEMA Show customizations done by the company.

To go along with the ongoing car customizations in their booth, West Coast Customs also featured a custom Big Daddy Roth-tribute hood inking. Set to go on the Chevy Sonic the crew was working on, the hood received custom graphics from an on-site artist that worked days to create a custom Big Daddy Roth image with Sharpie Markers. This was obviously a fan favorite at the West Coast Customs booth with all the onlookers that can be seen in the video watching the artist hard at work.

While the temporary shop setup and the Big Daddy Roth-tribute hood inking were ever-evolving components of the West Coast Customs booth, there were also plenty of the company’s completed creations on hand to admire. As you can see in the video, West Coast Customs brought out their ‘57 Corvette, Matte Black Cadillac CTS-V, Bentley Continental, Dodge Charger and chrome Audi R8, among other vehicles.

Regardless of if you went to this year’s SEMA Show or not, the West Coast Customs Experience video shows the event in a whole new light. Check out SEMA in fast forward from the eyes of West Coast Customs below.
