The Batmobile has gone through at least a dozen different iterations, from Christian Bale’s tank-like armored Batmobile to the sleeker Batmobile of Val Kilmer’s era. Yet nothing approaches the timelessness of the one and only original Batmobile from Adam West’s stint as the Dark Knight. With its dual bubbletop canopy, aggressive lines, multitude of gadgets, it set the standard for super hero transportation.

This replica Batmobile, based on a 1970 Lincoln Continental, costs $150,000 (Continental included). It has been updated for the 21^st century to include DVD/CD player with remote control, a working Batphone, a working rocket exhaust “flamethrower,” a Detect-A-Scope, and a show-quality paint job.
