Every car guy dreams of putting together their own version of the “ultimate” garage. While tastes no doubt differ, there are some common threads in every garage that includes a complete tool collection, a clean floor to work on, and of course a lift. But finding all of those parts and putting them together can be a timely and costly process.
So why not let warehouse retailer Costco do the hard work for you? Motor Authority reports that Costco has put together an “Ultimate Garage Package” that includes everything a proper carport needs…including a Kirkham Motorsports 427 KMS/SC kit car. Engine not included.
But before we get to that, let’s talk about everything else in the $89,995 Ultimate Garage Package. For starters there is a six-piece cabinet system and 456 square-feet of MotoFloor garage tiles, enough for a standard two-car garage. Also included is a wall and rack system, a stainless steel toolbox, an engine hoist, and a low-rise car lift.
That should help put your garage in order, but the real prize here is the Cobra kit car. Featuring an all-aluminum body and motorsports-inspired design, the Kirkam 427 KSM/SC requires some assembly, as well as a complete drivetrain. But with your fancy new garage setup, putting together a kit car would be both easy and pleasurable.
Still, for $90,000 we think we could put together an equally impressive garage. If you were putting together an ultimate garage package, where would you start?
