Before last week, the biggest prize that Debra Jackson ever won was a $250 gift card. The Los Angeles native had entered Hankook Tire’s ‘Great Catch Giveaway’ contest and couldn’t believe her luck when the company called to tell her that she’d won.

“Our Great Catch Giveaway program was definitely a success but being able to present Ms. Jackson with a new Camaro is a home run for us,” said Bill Bainbridge, director of brand communications, Hankook Tire America Corp. “The rebates and giveaway were an added incentive to entice buyers. I’m sure Ms. Jackson will be recommending Hankook to those around her.”

After visiting a local dealer, Ms. Jackson picked silver as the color for her new ride, which was presented to her last week at Mel’s Drive-In on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Soo Il Lee, president of Hankook Tire America Corp., presented the keys to Jackson.

Lee explained that “The Great Catch Giveaway program was designed to give back to those who purchased tires through the rebates, and give everyone a chance to win through the Camaro Giveaway.” The summer sweepstakes focused on the Ventus V12 Evo, the Ventus V4 ES and the Optimo H727 tires from Hankook.

Needless to say, Jackson’s new Camaro was fitted with a set of the advanced technology Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires.
