As one of the best-known names in American aftermarket performance parts, Holley Performance has set a very high standard for itself. That’s a good thing, because it pushes the well-known brand to undertake crazy, daring projects that most other aftermarket companies wouldn’t even attempt.

Projects like the G-Force One, a classic Pontiac Grand Prix from the 1980’s which Holley has seen fit to stuff a supercharged LS7 into. This project has been ongoing, and Holley recently posted a whole bunch of progress pictures. According to Holley’s Facebook page, it looks like G-Force One is almost ready for prime time! Obviously, the heart of this project is the supercharged LS7 engine, which should make over 750 horsepower.

Holley’s own EFI management system will ensure a steady flow of air and fuel, and the engine will be backed a Tremec T-56 six-speed transmission. Holley’s own president will be driving the G-Force One hard and often.

We’re big fans of G-body GM vehicles ourselves, and we don’t think they get half the love they deserve. We’re glad that Holley is thinking outside of the box for this project, and opting for a car that isn’t as flashy as a Camaro or as well known as a Mustang. We can’t wait to see what the finished product is capable of.
