High performance engines, under heavy stress, cannot be subjected to oil starvation without suffering expensive internal damage of some kind. Proform Parts has come to the rescue with this inexpensive 7-quart capacity oil pan (#68050) for street and strip small-block Ford engines.The pan is zinc iridited for corrosion protection, and the sump is 8.25-inches deep. It performs just as good as it looks, and will fit most 1981 and later Mustangs, T-Birds and Cougars, but can also be used on Ford powered race cars, street rods, muscle machines, etc. Even on non-performance engines for a performance look! A splash baffle is provided to keep the oil in the bottom of the pan for quick pick up.
