Once upon a time, people made due with common names like Tom, Dick, and Agnus. These days though every new parent is scrambling to attach a trendy new name from either the latest book, television, or movie series to have struck a chord with the public.

And let us not forget the abundance of misspelled adjectives and adverbs reappropriated as names. Because who doesn’t want to date an Asya or Kris?

Arguably, some people are more creative with their names, real or otherwise, than others. Take this lovely young lady named “Jelacy”, who not only sports a cool name, but also enjoyed some seat time in a 1,000 horsepower Chevrolet Silverado pickup. Whatever you call her, just don’t call her boring.

Just in case you were curious, this is the truck they were in.

Wearing a low-cut swimsuit and an irresistible smile, Jelacy Ramirez joined That Racing Channel for a photo and video shoot that included riding shotgun in a 700 horspower Nissan GT-R.

While that’s a fun car and all, the 1,000 horsepower Chevy Silverado is the ride we’re more interested in…and Jelacy seems to agree. The truck belongs to Jermey Lewis, and this Serious Autosport sponsored truck is capable of taking Jelacy on a 9.888 second quarter mile ride of her life.

Alas, we are left to wonder just what kind of modifications are done to both the truck and Jelacy, though it isn’t much of a jump to assume a turbocharged LSx engine is under the hood of the Silverado.
