It may be hard to believe, but America and Germany actually have a lot in common. Both nations rose to power thanks to their manufacturing prowess, and both countries have vibrant auto industries. So it isn’t surprising that German cars are popular in America, just as American cars are popular in Germany, despite insanely high gas prices.
Sometimes though, we feel as though the things the Germans do to American cars is revenge for World War II. TimesLive brings us the latest creation from German tuning house Geiger, a Camaro convertible they call “Agent Orange”. We wonder why?
It could be because of the over-abundance of burnt orange color used across the Camaro. It could be the orange wheels, the orange trim inside the fog lights, or the orange-covered hood. It could just be the whole damn thing reminds us too much of caution cones, rather than a race car.
That said, we’ve certainly seen worse color schemes on Camaros…not many, but at least it isn’t pink and green, right? And as usual, Geiger has added a supercharger and suspension modifications, as at least they remembered to up the performance when they cranked the volume on color. As you can probbably tell, this Camaro isn’t to our tastes…but how about yours? Would you rock this overly-orange Camaro?
