The past few months have been rather torturous for us Viper fans. First there was the news that the Viper would no longer be a Dodge vehicle, but would instead head the new SRT division. Then there have been a steady stream of teaser shots, new logos, and spy pics all tempting us with what the 2013 Viper will look like, without ever painting the full picture.
Finally though, we are just a couple of days away from the full reveal at the New York Auto Show, and the Drive SRT Facebook page has release the final teaser for the 2013 Viper, the most revealing yet.
Between spy shots of the hood and front fascia and the whole toy Viper scandal, we have a rather vague idea of what the 2013 SRT Viper will look like. We’ve even seen an artsy shot of the interior, complete with an “Oh crap” handle bar for the sole passenger’s seat. Whatever shape the Viper takes, it will be fast.
This last shot gives us a full-frontal view of the new 2013 Viper, and the snake influence is obvious across the entire design. This new Viper looks slithery, and we have to say the teaser shots have done a good job of getting our attention and ratcheting up our anticipation. We’ll be sure to bring you live shots of the new SRT Viper from the New York Auto Show later this week.
